Description
Coriander microgreens are the baby shoots of new Coriander plants. When Coriander first sprouts from the seed, it unfurls two grass like cotyledon leaves. Shortly after those leaves appear, then feathery true leaves emerge which together both leaves produce a punchy classic bold coriander flavour. These microgreens are great with fish, curries, chutneys, and salsas. The flavour of coriander microgreens is also an excellent ingrediant for soups.
